1. Material Receipt and Goods Receipt Note (GRN) :
Upon material receipt, the system generates container-specific labels featuring unique QR codes that combine Control Number and Container Number. Real-time status updates (e.g., Under Test, Sampled, Approved, or Rejected) are triggered after transactions such as Material Sampling and Quality Control (QC) Testing, ensuring accurate inventory tracking from the moment materials enter the warehouse.

2. Storage and Retrieval :
The WMS assigns unique QR codes to Racks, Pallets, and Bins, enabling precise material placement and relocation. By scanning QR codes with the PineTree Scanner, users can instantly view material status and location details, simplifying retrieval and ensuring efficient space utilization.

3. Material Issue and Dispensing :
The system generates detailed issue slips (pick lists) that include material name, Analytical Report (AR) number, container-specific quantities, and rack/bin locations. To prevent multiple loose containers for the same AR number, the system enforces dispensing from designated containers. Stock adjustments for discrepancies during dispensing are supported, with QA approval and AR number reallocation to maintain accuracy.

4. Finished Goods Transfer :
During BSR transfer (TT), the system generates unique QR codes for each shipper label. Post-invoice generation, it provides a product list with corresponding storage rack/bin locations. QR code scanning during dispatch verifies the correctness of shipments, minimizing errors and ensuring smooth logistics.

5. Seamless ERP Integration :
The WMS integrates effortlessly with Quantum’s ERP modules, including Procurement, Quality Control, Production, and Sales. This unified approach ensures data consistency across all operations, eliminating silos and enhancing decision-making.
